Updated May 20 2020. We just turned 7 weeks old! The time goes by soooo fast! We had another car ride yesterday and really enjoy hitting the road. We had a visit with some nice people and a new dog so that was a first for us! The lady practiced 'stacking' us on a table and we had to stand really still. That was NOT easy for us. We love to keep busy and are always on the go. Stand still? Not in our vocabulary. The two boys are on the bottom right, and us girls are the top row and the bottom left picture. Aren't we beautiful?
Updated May 17 2020. We are 6.5 weeks old now and are starting to act like big dogs! We interact with the adult dogs in our home and love to play endlessly. We have had our first car ride and did just great with that. We are due to get our microchips this week (yikes) but we always get a nice treat after thats all done. We have been shown the swimming pool and the outdoor pen and the days are lovely and warm so we are now able to spend lots of time outside. We hardly even need our Mom anymore, but she visits us and we chase her. She is teaching us how to play!
Updated May 5 2020. We are now 5 weeks old and getting very busy! We play and sleep...sleep and play. Oh we are all eating well on our own now too! We LOVE food. We are gaining weight rapidly and all of our teeth are in. Our Mom has started visiting us less frequently because we chew on her and it hurts. We are looking forward to our first road trips and visits outside soon!
Updated April 29 2020. We are 4 weeks old now and weaning has begun. We have little teeth poking through and are starting to play!
3.5 weeks old!
Update April 19 2020. Everyone is now up on all four legs, albeit wobbly and a bit slow moving. I opted for a few group photos but will get more individual pictures for the next update.
Updated April 15 2020. The new babies are doing fantastic and growing like crazy. They can all now see and often will gaze up at me when I am holding them, as if to say "Oh hello". They are starting to follow Grizzly around as well now and attacking her for a chance at the milk bar when she hops into the bed. She is being an amazing mommy, but is now starting to want to interact with our other dogs more and wanting to play. She is eating like a horse inorder to keep up to this crew of hungry little babies. The maternal instinct is incredible. She keeps them impeccably clean and so well cared for.
